Sales Associate Sales associates work with customers to find solutions to what they are looking for. The are in charge of keeping the store clean and stocked. They must have good customer service skills and mulit-tasking ability.

Mechanic Mechanics are responsible for bike assemblies, product add-ons, bike repairs, teaching clinics, and demos. They must have good customer service skills, attention to details, and have a strong mechanical aptitude.

CashierCashiers greet customers, basic bike questions, answer and direct phone calls, and manage layaways. They must have good customer service skills, attention to details, multi-tasking ability, and good math skills.

Office Staff The office includes the accounting department, the HR department and the marketing department. The office staff is responsible for a wide range of duties and has many responsibilities, including, event organization and planning. All office staff must be will organized, be able to multi-task, follow directions, have a good knowledge of Microsoft work and excel, google, Internet research, good typing skills and some filing skills.
